A unique Chardonnay, aged 12 months in French and Moldovan barrels. Pair well with creamy sauces prepared with extra fat. Crisp post taste, similar to a fresh croissant. Due to the herbal aromas and spicy character, the aftertaste is buttery, slightly hinting of croissant, giving the dishes a pleasant roundness on the aftertaste.
Culinary pairings: salmon, lobster, oysters, seafood, pasta and salads.
