We suggest five wines and perfectly paired snacks. We travel through the history of Mimi Castle, discover the hidden cellars, and admire the oldest wine collection in Moldova.
We challenge guests to wander through the living green labyrinth, help them discover the most beautiful and mysterious corners of Mimi Castle, show them where and how the wine is made, reveal some of the secrets of production.
