In search for balance between their creations, the winemakers at Castel Mimi created Isterie.Grapes from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Saperavi, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Fetească Neagră, and Rara Neagră varieties have been transformed into a classic ruby wine like never before. The bouquet opens up aromas of ripe plums, black cherries, and carnations.The seven varieties that were used to make the wine, represented by rhombuses, symbolize life, fertility, wealth and abundance, in harmony with each other.
