The story of the last governor of Basarabia is told at the table of time, alongside four selected wines from the casks of Castel Mimi: Sânzienele, Rară Neagră Rosé, Sfăditele, Viorica de Bulboaca. All that after a walk through the cellars and stories about the wine’s journey from vineyard to bottle.
For intense and authentic emotions, Castel Mimi chefs will serve traditional dishes with a flavor of home:
– Traditional snacks;
– traditional Moldovan sarmale;
– pork roast with mămăligă, served with scrambled eggs, sheep’s cheese, and sour cream;
– Black Baba with vanilla cream and Moldovan plum and hibiscus ice cream.
The dessert is served individually; the rest of the dishes come on a shared platter.
