Roşu de Bulboaca - the emblematic wine of Mimi Castle, now complemented by a piece of Moldovan winemaking history - the local grape variety Feteasca Neagră, grown on the sunny vineyards of our country. We created the wine in a limited edition from a blend of international and local grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Feteasca Neagră. It is a blend matured for 12 months in French oak barrels, which brought out its finest flavours and extracted the best of each variety. Roșu de Bulboaca: a light, ruby-coloured wine with floral aromas and a full taste; *The bottle of Roșu de Bulboaca is packaged in a personalised box.
Culinary pairings: red meat, spicy dishes and vegetables;
Mimi Castle Restaurant’s pairing “White Owl”: Tagliata beef fillet with grilled vegetables and Teriyaki sauce;
