A hay yellow wine, produced from the authentic Moldovan grape variety Viorica. The fresh aroma of green apples and ripe apricots is reminiscent of summers in the family garden, while the aftertaste has a pleasant acidity.
Castel Mimi recommends serving Viorica de Bulboaca with seafood, crayfish or grilled fish.
