A new perspective for the senses – this is how oenologists describe the Castel Mimi Merlot Reserve wine. Matured in French oak barrels for 36 months, dark ruby in color, with a complex aroma of plums and spices and unique flavors of blueberries and chocolate, it is proof of our winemakers’ mastery.
Serve with Italian dishes, lamb, turkey, grilled chicken, dark chocolate.
