Orange Wine

Orange Wine is made using an ancient method that has gained popularity in several countries, including Italy, Slovenia, and Georgia.Farmers hand-pick Chardonnay grapes in the vineyards of the Speia village, near the Dniester River. The must ferments for a month on wild yeasts, with no human involvement, so the wine is just as nature intended.Full of energy from the sun, the bouquet is rich with the aromas of ripe apricots and peaches, intertwined with hints of quince and citrus. The palate is full and invigorating, while the tart aftertaste radiates lingering fruit notes.
Suitable pairings include smoked salmon salad, yogurt and curry marinated chicken, dark chocolate.
