An intense wine, ideal for game and beef. Aromas of ripe red fruit, smoky nuances and spices. The wine gives the meat a savoury taste and juicy texture. Round and robust tannins, plus medium acidity allows pairing with richer, slightly spicy dishes. Well-integrated alcohol gives the wine a full body and a lasting aftertaste, while also aiding digestion.
