More than 100 years ago, Constantin Mimi, the last governor of Bessarabia, used to receive guests, businessmen and politicians, in one of the rooms of the Castle, which served as a place of rest, inspiration, but was also intended for important discussions.
We revived the history and transformed the Boers’ Hall on the top floor of Mimi Castle, considered the most enigmatic place in the building, into a perfect location for parties, private events and conferences.
Guests can choose dishes from the à la carte menu. We serve dishes inspired by traditional Moldovan gastronomy, with fine influences from the Provence region of France, prepared by the skilled chefs at Castel Mimi.
The Boers’ Hall can accommodate up to 80 people, and the Castel Mimi team is ready to provide innovative presentation equipment, fine wine, choice dishes, music, entertainment and accommodation.
