A Limited Edition wine, dark cherry red with ruby highlights. The aroma is expressively rich with notes of ripe plums and hints of spices specific to 18 months maturation in French barrel. The palate is noble, velvety, with inserts of ripe red fruit and spice. Thanks to the fine texture of tannins, the body is round and full with a pleasant astringency.
Culinary pairings: baked beef cheeks, grilled lamb or aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: +15°C to 18°C.
