A candlelight dinner. An exclusive event organised for the first time at Mimi Castle on the occasion of Earth Hour.

Along with other iconic buildings such as the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, the Colosseum in Rome, the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the Sphinx and the Pyramids of Giza and hundreds of other monuments around the world, Mimi Castle, included in the top 15 most beautiful wineries in the world, will remain in darkness while we dine by candlelight.

A unique event in which we aim to celebrate in the most environmentally conscious and respectful way possible. This evening we will be serving delicious food, prepared without the use of gas or electricity, so as to minimise our impact on the environment. Among the special dishes is naturally reared rabbit meat, which will be enjoyed at the entrée with wine, hand-picked at night in wooden crates during the full moon phase. During dinner, you will also be able to taste the famous wine, which perfectly complements our menu.
