A Candlelight Dinner at Castel Mimi

On March 29th, the last Saturday of the month, when the world marks Earth Hour by switching off electric power, we invite you to a Candlelight Dinner at Castel Mimi.

For a few hours, we will turn off all light sources in the castle’s courtyard and interior, creating a special ambiance while contributing together to saving the planet.

Our chefs have prepared a special menu, with each culinary delight paired with the perfect wine, ensuring a refined dining experience. The atmosphere will be enhanced by live music, performed on guitar.

Candlelight Dinner Menu

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of 9Muses sparkling wine.

STARTER – Vitello Tonnato, paired with Castel Mimi Horeca Cuvée Barrique Blanc.
ENTRÉE – Confit chicken with potato escalope, served with Horeca Chardonnay Barrique, Castel Mimi.
MAIN COURSE – Sous-vide lamb with spinach, baby carrots, and smoked sour cream, paired with a glass of Horeca Cuvée Barrique Rouge.
DESSERT – Our chefs have reimagined the traditional Baba Neagră, adding pistachios and white chocolate to create the Dubai Baba Neagră, served with Riesling Ice Wine, Castel Mimi.
