Out of respect for Constantin Mimi, we have created a blend that combines the essential properties of the most representative varieties produced by Castel Mimi in 2018.The Cabernet Sauvignon offers an enormous ripening potential, Feteasca Neagră instils traditionalism and fruitiness, while the Saperavi adds aromatic spice nuances.The taster will be captivated by the mix of prune and saffron aromas. The complex taste reveals hints of blueberry and blackberry. The aftertaste is rich, with notes of coffee and dark chocolate, the latter obtained by maturing the wine in French oak barrels.It is an impeccable wine that can be enjoyed today or years from now.
