🍽️ We offer a unique menu for the Romantic Dinner, carefully prepared by the chefs of the “White Owl” restaurant. The exquisite dishes 🍴 will be paired with Castel Mimi wines 🍷, crafted with care and pride.

Valentine’s Day Romantic Dinner Menu:

🍾 Welcome – We start the evening with a glass of 9 Muses sparkling wine, for you and the one who holds your heart.
🍤 Starter – Ceviche with seafood, served with Viorica de Bulboaca white wine, made from native grape varieties.
🍝 Entrees – Pappardelle with veal cheeks, beech-smoked trout, and a hint of truffles, paired with a glass of Rosé de Bulboaca 2023, an internationally awarded wine. 🏆
🥩 Appetizer – Beef tartare with bone marrow, served with Roşu de Bulboaca, the signature wine of Castel Mimi.
🍗 Main Course – Sous vide duck magret with figs, accompanied by a glass of The Governor’s Blend, a select wine from the collection dedicated to Constantin Mimi.
🍰 Dessert – Signature Kiev Cake served with Riesling Ice Wine.
