Open That Bottle Night – an exclusive evening that continues the Mimi Castle tradition again this year.

On 24 February we are opening a Magnum bottle from The Governor Premium Series for our guests, which we invite you to taste and savour with every drop.

Our visitors will discover selected wines from the collection created in honour of Constantin Mimi – The Governor, paired with carefully selected dishes for the festive dinner.

All attendees will participate in a raffle and have the chance to go home with a bottle of elite wine from The Governor Series.

The event will be spiced up with live music by the Space Cable Band, who will set the tone for the evening with famous tunes.

Special dinner menu:

• Starter – chicken liver pate with caramelized onions in wine, served with Governor Chardonnay/Riestling, vintage 2020;
• Starter – Baked Camembert, served with homemade green walnut jam and a glass of Governor The First Lady Rose, vintage 2022;
• Main course – Baked pork tenderloin, paired with aubergine and Velouté Sauce, served with Governor Black Feteasca 2018;
• Dessert – dark chocolate and hazelnut dessert, served with a glass of Governor Blend 2019, produced by Castel Mimi.
