On July 4th, as the evening settles in the heart of summer, Castel Mimi celebrates the tradition and mystery of Sânzienele.

In an atmosphere filled with symbolism and charm, we’ll dance the traditional Dansul iilor, weave crowns from lavender and wheat, and try our hand at traditional wax fortunetelling. We’ll complete this authentic experience with a tour of the historic cellars at Castel Mimi.

Dress code: We invite you to wear traditional Romanian blouses (IE) or all-white outfits.

On July 4th, come and discover the secrets of the Sânziene while sipping on Sânzienele wine from Castel Mimi. As night falls, you’ll be captivated by the glow of the bonfires and the magic of a midsummer night at the Castle.
