“The Celebration of Winter Traditions” Unites Generations at Castel Mimi!

For the last public winter event at Castel Mimi, we aim to celebrate together the authentic traditions that dress Moldova’s winter in festive colors.

Our host, Maria Iliuț and Crenguța de Iederă, along with their special guests – the ethno-folkloric ensemble Ștefan Vodă, Tudor Ungureanu, and the Dorurele ensemble – will bring us joy, carols, and songs of good fortune for the New Year!

Come and dance alongside folk ensembles featuring zoomorphic masks like the goat and the bear, in an enchanting atmosphere filled with tradition. Explore the history and charm of Castel Mimi’s cellars on a fascinating express tour, savor delicious specialties at the Open Air Kitchen, and end the evening by roasting marshmallows over a bonfire, enjoying these sweet treats in a magical setting.

Event Admission Prices:

• Adults (18+) – 400 MDL
• Adults (18+) + train – 550 MDL
• Children (12-17 years) – 200 MDL
• Children (12-17 years) + train – 350 MDL
• Train ride (adults & children over 5, round trip) – 150 MDL
• Children (0-5 years) – train – 1 MDL
• Children under 12 – FREE ENTRY

Last-minute ticket price (on the event day):

• Adults: 450 MDL

Train Schedule:

• Departure from Chișinău, Train Station: 13:00
• Return from Bulboaca, Castel Mimi: 18:30

Important: Train seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are sold strictly according to seat availability. We kindly ask parents of children under 5 to hold them in their lap if a ticket was not purchased for them. For children over 5 years, a train ticket is required. The train departs exactly on time—please do not be late!
