Have you ever imagined what a French evening at Castel Mimi would feel like?

On June 6th, 2026, we say Bonjour, Castel Mimi! and celebrate La Vie en Rosé—an evening inspired by the charm of Parisian cafes, filled with French music, bohemian decor, and a menu featuring quiche Lorraine, croissants, and baguettes, topped off with a macarons workshop.

The evening will be accompanied by the Moldovan National Youth Orchestra, conducted by Adriano Marian, featuring the vocals of Felicia Dunaf and her guests, in a musical program that brings the spirit of Paris right to Castel Mimi.

The event is dedicated to rosé wines, and guests will discover an impressive collection of Castel Mimi rosé wines and sparkling wines.

Dress code: Très chic, in shades of powder pink, ivory, or beige.
