On July 4, as the sun sets in the heart of summer, Castel Mimi opens its gates for a celebration inspired by the traditions, symbols, and mystery of Sânzienele Night.

Surrounded by the scent of lavender, the taste of Sânzienele wine, and live music, you’ll discover an evening inspired by ancient customs, symbolic rituals, and the joy of summer.

Throughout the evening, you will: weave traditional lavender and wheat flower crowns; discover your fortune through the ancient wax-pouring ritual; join the Sânziene Dance performed by Show Ballet Non Format; explore the historic wine cellar of Castel Mimi.

The atmosphere will come alive with ethno-Balkan rhythms by Valentin Uzun & Tharmis Band, retro-pop hits performed by Catharsis Band, and, to close the evening, Felicia Dunaf & DJ Kirpitch will transform the colorful fountain at Castel Mimi into an energetic DJ Fountain Party.

We invite you to wear traditional Romanian attire, an embroidered blouse (IE), or an all-white outfit. Comfortable footwear is recommended.

Food and beverages purchased at the Open Air Kitchen, Bufnița Albă Restaurant, Wine Bar, and terrace, as well as any additional alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately.
